About the Billee app

Billee is a mobile application for iOS and Android that helps Australians find, organise, review, and pay household bills in one place.

The app can detect bill emails and attachments, show upcoming due dates and amounts, and let you pay supported bills with fewer manual steps. You can use Billee without connecting Gmail, but connecting Gmail lets bills appear automatically without manual uploads.

How Billee uses Google user data

If you choose to connect Gmail, Billee uses Google OAuth to request your basic account information and read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly). Billee uses that access only to:

  • search for bill-related emails and attachments in your inbox;
  • extract bill details such as biller, amount, and due date into bill records shown in the app;
  • operate Gmail sync, reconnect flows, and support for those features.

Billee does not use Gmail access to send, delete, or modify emails, and does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or resale. You can disconnect Gmail in the app or revoke access from your Google Account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
